My approach is to focus on ADDING IN the good stuff which leads to crowding out the bad stuff, and this is the perspective I encourage you take during this course.
In this course we also view nutrition as EVERY aspect of your life, not just the food you put into your body. This 8 week course is adopted from my 6 Months to Real and Lasting Change Coaching Program and is separated into 2 parts, giving you the opportunity to fully digest and incorporate the materials before moving on, minimizing any potential of being overwhelmed. I will be sharing specific food and lifestyle information and tips for you to incorporate into your life. I draw from my own personal experiences learning about my own unique nutritional needs, as well as those theories I have studied. It is my hope this will help you to begin to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
As an IAHC Certified Holistic Health Coach and professional Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), I provide a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. I have studied the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. I incorporate my clinical therapeutic training, integrative health and herbal medicine education to best assist you in addressing stress, anxiety and depression in a holistic way.
