We begin by having you fill out a questionnaire before we speak. This saves a lot of time so that your appointment is focused on what your wants and needs are. Once I can know you, then I can guide you. From there we can determine what your needs would be for ongoing counseling. With regards to nutrition, there are so many layers to what someone might need. I do not advocate a particular diet, but instead help you find the right foods to ad and those to take away to achieve your optimal goals, whether it be to loose weight, create flowing digestion, beautiful skin and flexible joints, or???. Diet is very personal and it must work for anyone within your lifestyle. My next step would be to provide the skills for easy access to creating a thriving diet just for you. Again, there are many other underlying reasons for sickness and health goals. So we often must work on spiritual growth, movement, and other aspects to create a whole wellness package. Sometimes someone may just need a tweak or two, and other times people need an entire lifestyle makeover. I offer monthly packages as well, and again, we customize a package to personal needs.
