This session is great for gifting, since it is meant for sending healing energy to another. This sessions’ interaction is only for exchanging the information needed (a few minutes)! After establishing the connection, I will then go off and send the needed healing energy.
I have found most set this session for a later time in their home while they will be sleeping and most relaxed (may experience abnormal dreaming). Others who get it for a specific event usually send it to locations such as: hospital rooms for surgeries, doctor appointments for illness, classrooms for exams, parties for confidence etc. Some send Reiki to their friends, to their pets, to their family members or even just to themselves. It can be sent to your place of work for an enhanced work environment, interview or maybe for a specific business meeting. It can be sent to your home for improved relationships and flow of the household. It can also be sent to heal a past event/trauma (but you would still need the specific info gathered of the event so the connection can be made). When Reiki is being received there can be sensations that are brought about such as: tingling, chills, warmth, joy, a sense of feeling connected/not alone, grounded, free, empowered, confident, grounded, relaxed, etc.
Beforehand, I will need you to gather some information (that you will send/give me) such as:
1) The reiki recipients full name
2) Their date of birth
3) The address/event the Reiki is being sent to
4) The date & time
5) Confirmed permission from the recipient
6) And what you would like manifested for this individual (success, happiness, patience etc)
If related to trauma/past life event, please also give a brief description of what you would like healed from it***Remember only good can come of Reiki & your information will be kept confidential***
When a single chakra becomes imbalanced, take notice of how your other chakras are effected. There are 7 chakras along the body that are used to balance your energy flow for optimal physical, emotional, & psychological well-being. Once they begin vibrating on a lower frequency and become imbalanced/blocked you may experience: streaks of bad luck, stress, seclusion, develop negative thought patterns/habits, insomnia, & even physical difficulties emerge. This is why we spend the first 10 minutes discussing your most recent ailments or difficulties. During which I will assess each chakra & then implement treatment to help regulate the energy. For these next 35 minutes, you will spend it on your own meditating, while I begin sending you this much needed boost.
During the session, YOU will want to make sure you are not distracted. You are responsible in creating an environment you will feel most comfortable in. I recommend your home where you can focus, relax, & be ready to receive the energy being sent your way. Trying to achieve a meditative state is extremely important during this type of session. I would suggest finding your own meditation music for optimal results because each person is different. It will probably be a good idea to have a pen & paper to jot down any experiences/sensations.
AFTER your session, you may experience: heightened awareness, enhanced productivity, better relationships, improved sleep & focus, forgiveness, a reduction in stress & pain, a change in attitude, & a sense of peace/release. It is recommended to book another session once you feel you’re starting to slow down a bit, before all of the chakras become unbalanced again. I would recommend this treatment for between Reiki sessions or as a weekly tune-up to help maintain that flow of energy you want. And during the beginning of the next tune-up is when you should share your notes from previous session.
Through distance healing, people have been able to drastically improve their lifestyles. Reiki helps to bring clarity at the very least, so you should be able to better focus on what is important & be able to make better decisions. Many of my clients have also reported enhanced sleep, improved confidence, & feeling more connected to their “higher-self.” This also helps attract better future opportunities because you will be vibrating on a higher level.
For this type of session, it is helpful if you have meditation experience. During the session, it is normal to experience different sensations on an emotional, psychological and/or physical level. You may also feel a warming/cooling sensation, tingling, twitching, or a sense of relaxation/tiredness. After the session, do not be surprised to feel a sort of release.
So BEFORE the sending of energy begins, we take the first 15 minutes of the session to discuss anything you would like to work on or any feelings you have recently been experiencing. This will help provide clarity on what we should focus on in our session together. Then you will be advised to go rest/get comfortable in your prepared space to receive the remainder of Reiki.
DURING the session YOU will be responsible for being ready to receive the energy. This is where your environment plays a huge role. At home is recommended, somewhere you can best focus, relax & concentrate. You may play music, light candles, sit/lay down, meditate etc. Whatever you choose have in mind creating your best environment to facilitate the healing to take place. The two of us meditating on our own during the session reduces distractions & enhances the experience (unless you do not do your part in preparing your mind, time & space for your session). Just be open to the experience. Also don’t be surprised if it takes a little time to “kick in.” For many of those who are very in their head or constantly on the go sometimes it can take a little longer for the adjustment. It is usually felt within 24 hours, normally after restful sleep.
On MY end, I will be using a variety of methods/tools to better align your energy. At the END of the session, I would recommend jotting down any experiences(emotions, visions, colors etc) or questions you had since these notes can be useful for your next session. You can also include any dreams you find interesting after the session. And don’t forget to hydrate the day of.
