Sometimes we need a lift, a shift, a new perspective or just permission and support to take the next step. What is your next step? What will help you feel better, live better, work better, think better and perhaps even perform, lead and thrive better? These small questions are not small, they are big daily inner questions, that we can learn to ask of ourselves (more specifically our bodies). When we will learn to pause, observe and listen we can connect with our inner wisdom that helps us gain clarity, focus and attention, and instead of chasing what is urgent, we can pursue what is important and what matters.
These speed sessions are 25 min. sessions that help you access your inner wisdom based on the Felt Sense Focusing technique. They help you get unstuck and move forward in a way that serves your purpose.
Our initial session will uncover where you are draining your energy, your mental, emotional and physical immune system and how your habits and patterns are standing in the way of your success. We will work together over 3 months to develop and implement a plan for change and transformation that will affect not only your personal health, but also your mindfulness and impact as a leader.
The core of the work is a method I have developed that integrates 3 essential factors for healthy and sustainable change; food-knowledge, mindfulness and habit-shifting.
Each session will be about:
1. Learning what foods fuel your body, mind and emotional energy. You will understand how to use food as a tool that works for you (rather than against) and supports your personal and professional goals.
2. Active mindfulness helps you grow your connection with Self, your inner wisdom and your ability to master your attention, with the purpose of gaining clarity, focus and presence in the way you feel, live and work.
3. The habits and actions needed to move forward and implement daily routines that provide a structure for change, growth and transformation.
Each step of the 9 step-process, following the initial session, will be tailored for your specific needs to move forward. The coaching model is purpose driven. It will help you understand your WHY. You will learn WHAT you need to thrive, and HOW to create change that matters for you. Longterm.
Sessions are every two weeks with check in emails and coaching "mini-moments" between sessions.
