Many times on my meditation journey I had doubts or uncertainties that I couldn’t clarify at that time. I also often came across obstacles that I didn’t know how to address. Sometimes my meditation teachers could help me—but at other times they just added to the confusion, and it took me years to find the solution by myself. Sometimes the understanding and techniques I needed came by studying traditional sources (such as classical books on Buddhism and Yoga). At other times, it came only by looking outside of the meditation literature, running my own experiments, and learning from experts in fields that had nothing to do with meditation. After a lot of struggle, experimentation, eight thousand hours of practice, and hundreds of books read, I came to know certain things which, had I known in the beginning, would have saved me much time and effort. Sometimes we really need someone to talk to face to face, to explain our difficulties, to pour out our questions, and to get personalized advice. It could be getting help with: - Better integrating meditation and mindfulness in your daily life - Establishing a daily meditation habit - Finding which techniques better suit your unique needs and personality - Deepening your practice - Preventing negative side effects you might be experiencing - Understanding certain experiences that you had in meditation - Re-kindling passion and enthusiasm for the practice - Overcoming obstacles - General questions about the practice and philosophy of meditation Whether you are a new meditator or an experienced one, chances are that you have some unanswered questions about the practice, or some obstacles that you struggle with. While I tend to focus my time on creating courses that will help a great number of people, I do strive to make some time to help individuals who are serious about meditation.

I’m not a spiritual master, nor a guru. But I have passionately explored spirituality since I was 14 years old. My insatiable hunger for spiritual knowledge, experiences and realization led me to read over two hundred books on the topic, practice over 8,000 hours of several types meditation, get formally initiated into six different lineages (of Yoga, Vedanta, Tantra and Buddhism), and learn from masters of different traditions and nationalities. Twice I nearly became a monk. Being exposed to different teachers, paths and philosophies gave me a very broad understanding of spirituality as a whole—and also a non-dogmatic, pragmatic and eclectic approach to spiritual practice, which allows me to connect with and help many different people. Spirituality means different things for different people. It could be a search for: - True meaning, purpose and direction in life - Oneness, love, connection - Transcendence (enlightenment, liberation) - Truth, Self-Realization - Happiness, bliss, and peace - Exploration and growth - Deeper service Whatever it may be for you, things can get confusing pretty quickly. You may get stuck, demotivated, or feel overwhelmed.? There is great possibility of hurting yourself, and those you love, on your spiritual path. I’ve seen this happen to many people, and I’ve also seen it in my own journey. Certain spiritual truths, if misunderstood or not integrated properly, will not only delay your spiritual growth, but can actually handicap you in other areas of your life—such as career, relationships, family and finances. There are pitfalls at every step of the way. If you need help with any of the following topics, let's have a session together. I do so from a position of humility and service. - Discovering which spiritual path and practices are most suitable for you - Finding or defining your spiritual ideal and goal - Helping you integrate spirituality in a way that the rest of your life doesn’t suffer - Keeping a balance between the spiritual and material sides of life - Regaining your enthusiasm/passion for the spiritual path - Clearing confusion and doubts along the way - Getting clarity/understanding on some aspect of the theory, teachings or practice

Self-discipline is your ability to choose what is in your own best interest. It is keeping your goals and values in mind, and manifesting them in your thoughts, words, and actions—day after day. Self-discipline is an expression of self-love and self-respect. It means you respect your decisions, your priorities, and act accordingly. You don’t go against yourself. Having self-discipline enables you to: - Avoid procrastination and get things done - Use your time, money and energy effectively - Resist temptations, bad habits, and things that will not really serve you - Finish what you start, every time! - Have the freedom to not be swayed by your own thoughts, whims, or moods - Focus on what really matters, day after day - Do the right thing even when it doesn’t “feel good” - Learn quickly and grow quickly. Self-discipline is also the foundation of developing any other skill/virtue in life. Do you want to speak better? Be kinder to people? Be less irritable and reactive? All of that takes the discipline of being mindful of your behavior, and putting forth the effort of constantly tuning it. With self-discipline comes willpower, self-control, self-confidence, and the ability to fulfill your goals and aspirations. As such, it is the key ingredient to success and fulfillment in most areas of life. A disciplined person moves toward his/her goal like an arrow towards its target, overcoming whatever obstacles come on its way, and not stopping until the goal is reached. Discipline also gives you a positive outlook on life. It gives you enthusiasm, high energy levels, and true self-confidence, because you know you that you have the power to change things, change yourself, and make things happen. You know you can make a difference. For most people, self-discipline doesn’t come naturally. Having an accountability coach who himself is highly self-disciplined can make the whole difference, and shortcut the learning process for you. That is why I offer a 3-month Self-Discipline Coaching Package. This is one of my favorite topics, and something I’m very passionate about. I live a self-disciplined life, and this skill has given me countless benefits. My coaching will help you to: - Overcome negative scripts and disempowering beliefs regarding self-discipline - Create and follow an empowered routine that sets you up for a great day - Break down larger projects into smaller goals and daily actions - Stay on track with goals and routine, regardless of motivation swings - Bounce back and forgive yourself whenever you make mistakes or stray - Break bad habits, stop impulsive behavior, and increase self-control - Manage emotional obstacles such as boredom and frustration - Use your environment to your advantage, when building a routine - Stick to your resolutions, goals, and values - Stop distraction and procrastination - Develop mindfulness around your urges and compulsions - Strengthen your willpower In this world of easy-instant gratification, having self-disciplined is more and more rare—and also more needed. The world will belong to those who have it. The disciplined shall inherit the earth.

Anxiety is, generally speaking, a mental state dominated by constant worries, fears, nervousness, emotional overwhelm, and uncontrolled negative thinking. It is often a reaction to our inability to control things, predict the future, or feel safe here and now. The uncertainty of life, with all the dangers and risks we perceive everywhere, triggers anxiety in us. The good news is that if you are tired of being bullied by your own inner demons, there are ways out of this mess. I live a life without anxiety, and that’s not because of lucky genes—my mom and brother have both struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. But in my case, I’ve been studying and practicing meditation (and the teachings related to it) since I was 14 years old—and that just might have something to do with it! The contemplative traditions of the East and West have developed various tools and teachings which are powerful in both managing and overcoming anxiety. The breathing practices of pranayama, coupled with specific meditation techniques and mindset work can work wonders in dealing with anxiety. They allow you to change your relationship to your thoughts and feelings, and also gain more control over your body and mind. I live a life without anxiety, and so can you. And you don’t need to dedicate two decades to meditation in order to get the benefits. In fact, a single meditation session (done right) can already help with anxiety. Many people who suffer from anxiety have heard from their therapist or psychologist to try meditation. Meditation can definitely help a lot; and it’s even more effective if well coupled with other body-mind techniques from the contemplative traditions. It’s essential, however, that the techniques be taught and guided with a specific focus on overcoming anxiety, and personalized to the needs of each individual. Otherwise, meditation can even induced more anxiety—it’s called meditation induced relaxation. Without the right teacher, you might feel that meditation is just not for you, and that would be a pity. MEDITATION-BASED ANXIETY COACHING I’m passionate about helping you master your mind, and beat anxiety. I’ve studied and practiced meditation, mindfulness and personal growth systems daily since 1999. In this processed I accumulated over 8,000 hours of meditation, read hundreds of books, tried over 70 different practices, spent time on retreats with masters and instructors around the world, and nearly became a monk a couple of times. And since 2014 I’ve been helping thousands of people on this journey, through my work in this blog and my online courses. Change is possible. You can learn to change your relationship with your thoughts, calm down your mind, and find peace wherever you are. You can be more at ease under your own skin, okay with the uncertainty of things, and enjoying your life however it unfolds. That possibility is available to you. If you are serious about overcoming anxiety, I can help you. Join my 3-month Overcoming Anxiety personal coaching package and: - Learn advanced breathing exercises that will instantly calm your anxiety - Find the ideal meditation techniques to help you with anxiety - Integrate mindfulness and meditation in your daily life - Learn how to release physical symptoms of anxiety without medication - Unveil the hidden scripts and coping mechanisms that fuel your anxiety - Develop the ability to relax deeply - Learn how to deal with recurring “What if…” thoughts - Learn how to accept uncertainty and befriend your fears - Be at ease with whatever life brings - Develop believable affirmations and stop second-guessing yourself - Replace negative thought patterns with positive ones - Practice visualization techniques to change the way you react to adversity - Address existential anxiety, mental anxiety, and environmental anxiety - Learn how to focus on what you can control in life - Change the way you react to anxiety and fear - Change your relationship with your thoughts and feelings - Have my ongoing personal support and accountability - As part of the coaching program, you will also have access to my Meditation Library, with over 40 different guided meditations.
