Dina Proctor is a mindset coach and author of Madly Chasing Peace: How I Went From Hell to Happy in Nine Minutes a Day. In 2008 she hit emotional rock-bottom in her life after struggling for years with depression, addictions and suicidal thoughts. She finally learned she’d been stuck in that space because of her subconscious thought and belief patterns. 

On the road to healing Dina learned to meditate, or more specifically, how to focus her mind in such a way that enabled her emotional, mental and spiritual healing. She created - quite unintentionally! - a process called 3x3 Meditation (3 minutes, 3 times a day). This simple practice was the basis of transforming every aspect of her life from weight loss to banishing addictive cravings to reconstructing relationships and even building her own business. Dina's transformation using this method is so profound that she gained support from Jack Canfield and Dr. Bruce Lipton, and now thousands of people around the world are using it to change their own lives. 

Dina's expertise is in helping people understand that the way we think creates the results in lives - our bodies, our relationships and our financial situations are all reflections of the beliefs and thoughts we hold - often without being aware of them. In order to break free of limiting beliefs and rewire the neuropathways in the brain toward positivity and success, she teaches how to use short focused bursts of meditation several times each day to interrupt old negative programming and literally rewire the brain. She loves sharing this work in the hopes that the resources provided here are as powerful in your life as they have been in her own.

Just have a quick question or need a little check-in to get your mindset and emotions back on track? You might be surprised how much you can accomplish in 15 minutes! Sessions are conducted via telephone or Audio Skype.
Session: 30 min
This 30-minute exploratory session will help you begin to understand how the thought and behavior patterns you may not even realize you have are subconsciously running your life. Whether you struggle with food addictions, relationship issues, or lack of motivation, this session can be the first step in a new way of living. You will learn a specific technique to help you reprogram the way you think which will open the door to a depth of fulfillment and happiness you may never have experienced. Sessions are conducted via telephone or Audio Skype.

If you're looking to go in-depth to discover and release the mental and emotional blocks you've felt stuck in, a 3-pack of sessions is for you. We will dive deep to uncover core beliefs and subconscious patterns so you can learn how to release those patterns that no longer serve you and start rewiring yourself mentally and emotionally for freedom, fulfillment, and abundance. All calls are safe and confidential - with my clients I provide a space where they can share things they may not feel comfortable sharing anywhere else. I've overcome shame, depression, negative body image and addictions and I would love to help you to do the same. Sessions are conducted via telephone or Audio Skype.

You've probably heard that it takes between 21-28 days to change a habit - I designed my 12-session package to provide consistent support as you learn to change your internal patterning and begin to transform your life. We will work together to find the core of the mental and emotional blocks keeping you stuck in the areas of health, weight loss, relationships or financial abundance. This package consists of 12 30-minute coaching sessions within 12 consecutive weeks. Sessions can be scheduled more frequently than once per week if desired. Sessions are conducted via telephone or Audio Skype.
