Immerse yourself in therapy that is focused on you and infused with creativity, humor, and non-judgement. You may find that by working together, you are able to achieve new insights, learn new skills, and attain a deeper sense of wellness.
In each session, we will explore your key area of focus and engage in a process of identifying feelings, locating blocks, reshaping beliefs and collaboratively create opportunities for you to move closer to your desired goals.
It is recommended to engage in sessions once a week for the first 3 months.
Having relationship issues? Trying to figure out how to get "unstuck" and make decisions that are in line with your values? Navigating all of that is hard enough; doing it by yourself is even harder. Relationship counseling for 1 or more persons where we'll explore constructive solutions for challenging relationship issues and deepening and strengthening communication in all your relationships.
