Chava holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine, and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy. She is a licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist in the state of New York, and a certified Acupuncture Detox Specialist for support of addiction recovery and mental-emotional health.

Chava has completed postgraduate studies in neurology, trauma recovery, pain management, EENT, and dermatology at Yue Yang Hospital in Shanghai and at Eye Hospital of China Academy of CMS in Beijing. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kamwo Meridian Herbs, a large importer and manufacturer of medicinal herbs and supplements. Chava is a current faculty member of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine teaching Herbal Pharmacy, Mental Health, Dermatology, Immunology, Oncology Support, and Chinese medicine theory.

Her focus of practice is on adult health including mental-emotional balance, scar therapy, skin conditions, pain management, allergies, and conditions of the eyes, ears, nose and throat.

Herbal consultation without acupuncture. Average cost of herbs is $30-80 for a 10-14 day supply (cost of herbs not included in session price).

Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine, used for over 8,000 years to treat a range of physical and mental ailments. It’s a safe, natural, side effect-free alternative to pharmaceuticals. Your acupuncturist will begin by asking you about your health complaints and medical history. You may be asked about other aspects of your life and health, such as sleep habits, digestive functions, emotional issues, and levels of stress. Your acupuncturist will also perform a physical evaluation. You’ll receive an acupuncture treatment at your first session, immediately after your consultation.

Continuation of acupuncture treatment. May include some part massage therapy as well as acupuncture.
Session: 01 Hour
Massage is tailored to patient needs - myofascial/deep tissue/neurofunctional massage - for musculoskeletal conditions, pain, injury recovery, relaxation. Craniosacral/Polarity/Reiki/Acupressure/Reflexology work - for relaxation, emotional, trauma history, similar concerns.
