Supporting you in that journey is Hannah's passion. She brings a down-to-earth, practical perspective with a healthy dose of inspiration, drawing on contemporary positive psychology and centuries of Buddhist teaching. 


A typical session with Hannah includes connecting about your current state of mind, guided mindfulness meditation, and conversation about how to take the stillness and focus that arises in meditation back into your daily life. Over time, you'll build your meditation muscle, clarify your purpose, and deepen your understanding of how to live a rich, full life, with grace and ease.


Hannah is the cofounder of WITHIN Meditation, San Francisco's first drop-in meditation studio. She teaches regularly in the studio, as well as bringing meditation into workplaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Her practice is based in Vipassana and Zen, shaped by the philosophy and teaching of S. N. Goenka and Michael McAlister, among others. Prior to cofounding WITHIN, her passion for sharing the power of mindfulness led her to launch (and lead) group meditations at her fast-paced tech workplaces. Through mindfulness, she’s developed a deep resilience, focus, and capacity to love that she draws on every day, both as the mom of two toddlers, and as an entrepreneur.
